Is this allowed?

I want to swap these flags for coins. I make only 5 or 6 a month.  They are

individual decals that are laminated and measure about 1"x1". Can make

any additions or changes. Is this allowed on coin swap?  Thanks.

If somebody wants them you probably can swap with this.

Wouldn't it be more consistent to outline the flags with a small black line than having a bunch with yellow backgrounds?
