I have found at least 5 different items on the MRC web site. One is already sold out at $99,500.00 CAD, one fractionnal set of 5 coins have the status “waiting stock” at $279.95 CAD (RCM/MRC#204830) and I hope they don't sell them now the Queen has died. The others are a bit expensive for me at $2,188.88 CAD (RCM/MRC#204148) and $5,999.95 CAD (RCM/MRC#205132).
I think I will order some 1 oz. Pure Silver Coin – Lunar Year of the Rabbit at $98.88 while I can, what do you think ?
Are there other coins from other mints dated 2023 with Elizabeth II effigy ?

Ehm, you live in Canada and are the referee of Canada, so you should know the RCMs prime directive … making money (pun intended). So they will sell the crap out of their issues, maybe even make a new batch to milk the occasion.

More reason why central banks should not allow mints to strike coins with the next year's date.
I feel depicting the deceased monarch on coins from after their reign is an insult to both the memory of the deceased monarch (Queen Elizabeth II) & an insult to the current monarch (King Charles III) - unless the coins are a commemorative memorial issue that has been fully approved by His Majesty the King himself.
It's the same story with RAM (Canberra Mint). The coins dated 2023 featuring Elizabeth II were produced towards the end of 2022 in preparation for various releases our mint puts out every year. When the Queen died, the coins were already struck. Disposing of them would be a waste and striking the new portrait isn't so simple as it requires a bunch of formalities to be taken care of. These have been delayed for whatever reason, so the mint even updated the QEII portrait with the dates of reign, it's called the “Memorial Portrait,” I believe. We're all waiting for the new portrait to appear. RAM have delayed their May releases, so speculation is that this might be it. Not long to go before we find out. As for the issue of respect - well that's why they did the Memorial portrait. The Queen was popular, I don't think a lot of people object to her effigy lingering a little longer.

Jamaica issued bank notes with George VI effigy up until 1962
The Royal Australian Mint has issued 5 standard definitive coins dated 2023 with the Memorial edition 6th Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. They are the 5 cent Echidna, 10 cent Lyrebird, 20 cent Platypus, 50 cent Coat of Arms and $2 Aboriginal Man coins.
They were issued only in a special “Lunch Box Kit” that is actually aimed at young collectors.
Because of the Memorial obverse, which has slightly different lettering, these coins have all got a unique page on Numista.
The set did not include the standard definitive Mob of Roos $1 coin because the $1 coin in the set was a commemorative “Creatures of the Deep” $1 coin.
The RAM restricted the purchase of this set to only one per order. I believe these coins will be very low mintage, won't be released into circulation and will become quite valuable as the final standard Australian coins with the Queens Effigy.
I believe that the next Definitive Australian coins dated 2023 will have the first Effigy of King Charles II and this will most likely occur in or around October this year.

Hey Mike, yes, what you said. However, RAM releases things on a monthly schedule, so I'm guessing we'll see more coins with the Memorial portrait before October. The Donation dollar for instance.
Elizabeth II Transition obverse coins (2 different configurations of pearls), we are still expecting our first Canadian coin with Charles III effigy in fall 2023.

You are right, we will probably get more commemorative coins with the Memorial obverse. The interesting thing with the coins in the Lunch Kit is that they are standard definitive issues.
Regarding the Donation Dollar, not sure if we will get a 2023 version of it, I haven't seen or heard of a 2022 version yet, unless I am missing something?

Hey Mike, no I haven't heard of a 22 donation dollar or what's happening this year with that design. However I do recall them announcing a 24 million mintage for that design and there're nowhere near through it with the two dates that got struck. Honestly, I think the design is ugly and the idea is silly. They have done many things since then that look great, the Antarctic coins for instance. I'd be quite happy not to see any more of these donation dollars, but anyway.
