This photo depicts how she changed portraits over time. Also, they depend on what portrait should be used on any particular coin or a country. As a Filipino collector, I respect her on how she reached 70 years of reigning as a queen.
Well as a Mexican/British person I can remember back in primary school in 2012 writing about the Queen during the Diamond jubilee celebrations and a few months later witnessing her involvement in the opening ceremony of the olympics in London.
In secondary school I can recall the time in 2015 Her majesty overtaking Queen Victoria becoming the longest reigning monarch in British history and her sapphire jubilee in 2017.
My dad remembers the Silver jubilee in 1977 and somewhere in my grandads house he has a bottle of whiskey that has remained sealed since then.
Anyway I think this topic would become a collage of all coins and banknotes that features Her majesty since her first appearance on the Canada 20 Dollar bill back in 1934.
A truly remarkable human being.

Also the new commemorative 50 pence coin with the same image, but commemorating the 70th anniversary (the last anniversary) of being a queen, 214 days before she died.
The British 1953 5 Shillings also reminds me of coins depicting King Charles I, such as this ½ Crown in my collection;
