Imitation 8 Reales due to size in MM and weight. I believe Hallmarks indicate silversmith and purity in Arabic. Is it indeed silver?

I think yes it is a silver token , I mean it’s not magnetic  , but I don’t know  these hallmarks meaning 

Personally I would keep it and I would not put a price on this piece. Beautiful, very unique, and It is well worn with love.
