Allow easy reordering of references

This thread made me think it was cumbersome currently to reorder references in entries.

We could add little arrows next to each line in the edit form, in order to ease reordering. Currently we must copy paste or memorize the two numbers, then reselect the right ref code in both areas. Very error prone I feel.
