The 773 million mintage for the 1983 dated coin is suspect:

Could it be 73 million instead?

My old SCWC gives a total of 77 315 000 (rounded to the nearest thousand). Their numbers match the sum of our three numbers for the preceeding three years, so the number we have for 1983 is almost certainly wrong. This is where including references for details like mintages would be really useful.

I took the old value instead of the one that was clearly wrong.
