There are articles with inconsistent spelling of Sultan Kamil.

 

For example

N#21757

 

describes sultan Kamil everywhere (as it is used in English), but the title and the rights side table give

Sultan Hussein Kamel (1914-1917)

 

It is recommended to switch the table data and the title to 

Sultan Hussein Kamil (1914-1917)

 

for consistency.
