I like adding Coins, Exonumia (mostly) to Numista. I am not good at it unfortunately but everyone is helpful and patient as I learn. My suggestion is I sometimes forget (old age) to add said Coin, Exonumia or Banknote to my collection.
Would it be possible to have on the “My modification request” page a green check at the end that it is added. Would also help that if I do add it to my collection and my request is denied I could then remember to remove it. If for instance I add or correct a Coin, Exonumia or Banknote that I did not add to my collection nothing changes, it is displayed like it is now.

Can you explain this part of your suggestion?
Currently when a page creation is validated, we already have the mention “Validated” on a green background on the page “My modification requests” (or mention “Rejected” on red background when request is not approved). This appears to be what you are suggesting so I'm not sure I understand this point as you mean it.

Not referring to the request be validated or denied. I am referring to it being added to my collection as I sometimes forget to do so. The green check I was thinking would be similar to when you look at a country list or search list. It would let the person know that they have added the Coin, Token, or Banknote to their individual collection on the “My modification request” page. I hope that clarifies what I meant.
I know after a Coin, Exonumia or Banknote has been added it immediately goes to a page and you can add it to your collection while it is in pending status. I have in the past failed to add it into my collection and then it was approved and I forgot to add it at a later date. Or I forgot to remove it from my collection when it was denied for whatever reason. I am suggesting something like this:
Then green checks would only appear on those items that are added to an individuals personal collection. Just a reminder for those like myself to add it if not done so or remove if denied.
One problem I see is that the log of requests covers a period of 30 days so it would only be a “short-lived” indication and not something that could really be tracked here.

I posted this suggestion some time ago. Was wondering if it may get more attention from fellow members now. I personally would still find this or something like this useful.
I have been a referee for a few months now, and I think allowing the contributor to add the pending object to their collection before validating it creates problems in certain cases.
If the year line has an error (an erroneous year, “?” instead of selecting “No date”), no one (the referee and the contributor) can fix it. The object must first be removed from the collection.
Wanted & swap list (euro coins & world coins, exonumia and banknotes circulated) https://goo.gl/AQjfKp - I have euro & world CC coins for swap.
I agree that the year line ? creates its own issues. I send them back for correction with the following:
The date cannot be corrected while it is in your inventory. Remove from your collection and then uncheck the No date box and add 2023 to the date line. It may be grayed out, but you should be able to edit and save it.
But my suggestion actually is for those of us that forget to include items into their inventory when they create a new submission. This screen shot is from My modification requests page and shows new submissions and edits. New submissions are indicated with the asterisk.
The dilemma that I have is that I sometimes forget to add my new submissions to my inventory and I wish for some mark to be added to the My modification requests
page so that I can easily see what is or is not in my inventory there. I know it only last 30 days but I or any other member could easily see what is or isn’t with a quick Look.

Personally, I would vote for “personal improvement suggestion”. This is permanent. You can go and add a piece to your collection, or simply hit ignore.

Absolutely agree with you David .. It is a real pain in the proverbial when user does not use a valid date or the ND Box and instead the coin goes in with the Dreaded “?” on the date line. And they then add it 😬 to their collection before it is validated. It is my pet hate 😡 on Numista.

Such “?” pet hates should be possible to override by referee. Would really like to know why in case of new approval it is not so.
