Identify of a german medal

I have earned this (medal) from Some one and even hé didn’t know wat it

in the internet Thérèse are Mary medal Sith onze of these 2 heads in it, but not al 2 courts on one medal. 
why I think its a medal by the way is because at the top exactly the middle Seems a little bit Saw of.
