This coin is currently listed under Swiss Cantons - Lucerne:

It's not listed in any of the Swiss catalogs and the coat of arms aren't correct.

 

The closest match I can find is under German States - Frankfurt:

N#33478

 

Can this coin be moved to an appropriate location?

It looks like a duplicate of the Frankfurt coin (or a variant).
