After expressing my interest in obtaining a copy of The Token Book by Paul & Bente Withers, I have received an email from Galata to say that plans are afoot to reprint the catalogue and it is expected to be released in September. For those who are interested, you can read more here https://www.galata.co.uk/the-token-book-17th-18th-19th-century-british-tokens-and-their-values
