Translation of Russian text on banknotes, help needed

Hi all!

I am endeavouring to improve the numista section on the banknotes of Finland, and need assistance with the translation of some Russian text on two earlier Finnish notes, specifically here:

and here:
N#295848

These entries are under construction at present, and subject to change.

I would really appreciate it if someone could edit the entry and TYPE the Russian text, with a translation :) 

The Russian text is slightly different to the Finnish on the first of the two entries.

The first one is done. Incidentally, the Cyrillic special keyboard is missing the archaic Russian letters, some of which are still used in Ukrainian. I'll make a request for these to be added on the website forum section.

I type Cyrillic at the speed of a very slow person, and would likely have made errors without noticing them.

Second one is also done. There are several archaic letters in this one but Google translate recognized the text as given so it should be correct.
