Dear members of the Banknotes Forum, I hope you all are doing well.
Kindly I request your support to confirm my findings of the identification of this Chinese Ration Coupon, and the correct translation of the lettering on it. The coupon is not listed in the Numista catalog, and I intend to add it with the proper information (translation and identification).
I have already checked the next sources provided in another topic related to Chines Ration Coupons within the Numista Forums:
- Exonumia from the People's Republic of China: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/chine-exonumia-14.html#t_chineforeign_exchange_certificate
- As well as the “Picture Search”.
Unfortunately, I just found a single site with not enough (or barely) information.
Kindly, please help me to check the translation:

A bit of story about this ration coupon:
I got this as a gift from a friend who also collects coins, banknotes, and exonumia from around the world. He got this and some other coupons from Numismatic convention, but he did not what are those exactly, so he could not tell me the proper details of this piece.
I'm providing a couple of pictures of this coupon, as well.
Thank you very much in advance for your support.
Ilandy Arellano.
