No issue with the content. One typo to fix: “Left easy to se” to “Left easy to see”
Where did the text in the bottom box come from? I think we would need permission to use it.
Ah…I missed that when I looked. I think we have to either credit USA CB with the text or rewrite it. Shouldn't be hard since the argument against 6/5 is that the 1825 stars on the obverse are smaller than those on the 1826 so a redated 1825 die couldn't have been used. I checked. They are significantly smaller:
Edit: How about this? Some catalogs report all 1826s are overdate 6/6 and some report all 1826s are overdate 6/5. However, it is unlikely they are 6/5 overdates since the 1826 obverses differ from the 1825 obverses in that the stars are significantly larger on the 1826 coins than on the 1825 coins. If the 1825 dies were re-dated as 1826 the obverses would be identical which they are not.

I've changed it quite a bit in the lay-out, but not the message!

Very good, so I'll send the two graphics as a CR as well.
In what world is that a turban, who coined that term back then? That's clearly a cap. 😅

I couldn't agree more! I thought about changing the title of all 3 “Turban Heads” but I hesitate to change titles unless they are really stupid. Of all the major catalogs only SCWC calls them Turban Heads. Most call them Capped Bust or Capped Head.
Personally I find it quite stupid because it's obviously false. It's not even a durag.

I have to agree. This does fall under stupid. What's interesting is that NGC doesn't use the Numismaster/SCWC designation. Instead they refer to them (now) as “Early.”
I'll submit CR's for all 3 to change to Capped Head.
I think Numista should be consistent. All the similar $5 gold coins are “Capped” not “Turban" and even SCWC calls them “Capped.”
From Merriam-Webster:
I'm pretty sure it's not #3. #1 doesn't fit in the context of early American life. #2 is reasonable but a turban would also be considered a hat or a cap. I'm going with USA Red Book, PCGS and USACoinBook and calling it a cap.
It is called a Phrygian Cap - it has a Tag on here.
