I want to know how much it's worth and where I can attempt to sell it. I currently reside in the US.
Please pay close attention to the serial number, for it is what adds value to it.

Ebay with a starting bid of $50.
My apologies if I am missing the obvious, but what is so special about the serial number?

@ Spot on…These “lucky-serial number” bills are only worth what someone will want to pay above the face value…

Seems that it has all the digits and the 654 together, I think 😜. Don't see any value in it, for myself, other than face…
The sequence
Ah, yes - a jumbled up 01234567 to 02731654 numbers. 😲

broken ladder we call it in USA don't know if called that elsewhere
“Spender” in my book. There's nothing special about that serial number. Needs a star at the end (or at least a bit of symmetry).
Your $50 is not in uncirculated condition so it would go back into the wild if it were me.
Check out this site but keep in mind that #3 (Consecutive) are NOT worth a premium (that's how they're issued), #9 (birthday notes) are a tough sell as are #11 (Doubles) & #12 (Double Quads). I know some collectors who like a type similar to #12 for 7 digit serial numbers (like in Canada) with numbers like 0001222 (but it obviously doesn't fit the term “Double Quad”). Special numbers are very popular in North America but less so for world collectors. Keep searching & good luck.
Welcome to Numista BTW.
Thank you. An excellent well written response.
