Request to do what?  Based on what?  You've just been given 2 references with vastly different values.  Is it 31.1 g  .999 gold (1 oz. pure gold) or 17 g .916 gold (½ oz. pure gold)?  37 mm diameter or ? mm diameter?  

Found this pdf HERE, but I don't know why it's from 2012. Were they made with a back date?

Edit: The gold coin was officially distributed only to bank employees of the central bank on 3rd of November 2003.
