Please add "Board of Commissioners of Currency, Singapore" and “Monetary Authority of Singapore” as issuing entities for Singapore.

Hey Jarcek, I realized that anyone could add issuing entities on their own, just not issuing banks. Since both are issuing entities, the issuing banks can be removed.

Issuing banks should be prefered field though.

Issuing entities should be listed as issuing banks.
That ‘Issuing Entity’ field should be removed.
