Silver French Loiret Savings Bank Token or Medal?

3 posts • viewed 82 times

I recently bought this item online and would like to know more about it such as Reference No. or KM number. Also, is this piece classified as a Token or Medal or something else entirely? NGC lists its Price Guide Value and Total Graded as “Not Available”. The NGC label states it is silver. Any idea if it's 90%, sterling or pure? Any and all information would be most appreciated.

Hello,
This is a token Caisse d'Epargne attendance fee.
It is 835 ‰ silver, its weight is 11/12 grams.
The reference book for these tokens is the Jacqmin.

Thank you very much, aureus patrimoine!

This is quite helpful; also, I enjoyed that the link provided gave a bit of history with the token.
