Please add:

Bank of Indochina 1857 - 1967
Chamber of Commerce of Djibouti 1907 - to date
Treasury (not sure about the dates)
National Bank of Djibouti 1979 to 2000 when it changed it's name in Central Bank of Djibouti

Bank of Indochina added to French Somaliland.

Treasury added to Afars and Issas (sent you requests).

National Bank and Central Bank added to Djibouti (sent you requests).

 

Chamber of Commerce is not an issuing bank but an issuing entity can be entered by any user no need for admin work here.
