The article

has huge amount of misleading and fake data.

In description of Rev.

Translation:
Venezuela Republic
1978
25 Centimes

we see at least disrespect to the country, if someone dares to name it Venezuela Republic instead of Republic of Venezuela.

One more excellent absurd at attempt to trick a collector in this passage of the Obv.:

Lettering:
BOLÍVAR LIBERTADOR
BARRE
Translation: Bolivar Liberator

Do Numista team really believe that 2 lines of legend can be translated as one? It is at least disrespect to cultural heritage of all translators of the world, who develop the rules of translation.

The modification request
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/contributions/voir_demande.php?id=5619191

explains clearly how to correct an ill mind data about the coin emission.
It clearly states that just a simple measurement of mass of Y#50.2 gives 1.77 g and reveals the fake in the Comment

Y#50.2 - Thinner, 1.5g.

Of course it was believed that these wrong descriptions are just typos. But this modification request clearly indicates that the Numista Authorities not only know about the fake and disrespect to Venezuela, but continue to provoke and hide reality from collectors.

In which way the truth about the coins can be restored?

Instead of
Translation:
Venezuela Republic
1978
25 Centimes

should be
REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA
19 78
25
CENTIMOS

instead of
Translation: Bolivar Liberator

should be
Translation:
Bolivar Liberator
BARRE

and in Comments instead of
Y#50.1 - 1.18mm, 1.75g.
Y#50.2 - Thinner, 1.5g.

should be
Y#50.1 - thicker, 1.18 mm.
Y#50.2 - thinner, 1.0 mm.
1977-1978 struck at VDM Metals; 1987 - at Royal Canadian mint, presumably in Ottawa.

My suggestions https://t.me/enjoyyourcollection
The only thing I can agree with him is that also small texts should be added to the lettering because it's sometimes hard to read and I like to know what's written on a coin be it just the name of an engraver.
I can see that it would be ridiculous for banknotes with all their microprints that are just repeats most of the time anyway.

As a Venezuelan, I tell you BARRE its not a name, its not a title, its the name of a French Coin engraver (Albert Désiré Barre ), his name is there because Venezuelan coins were coined in France. It has nothing to do with Boliver, Not everything is a cultural Attack

The object was given by the small man with a big mouth from the small island

Venezuela 25 centimos absurd mass

I had a look to find which weight he would have referred to and to  my big surprise I found that all his ranting had nothing to do with the mass of the coin! As usual he just made a mess…..
