I tried to complete the Partition of Poland in regards to ruling authorities. hope it can be used.

Austrian Partition of Poland
House of Habsburg
Maria Theresa (1740-1780)
House of Habsburg-Lorraine
Francis II (1792-1804)

Prussian Partition of Poland
House of Hohenzollern
Frederick William II (1786-1797)

Added, although I skipped Zamosc for now. We need to discuss it further.

 

I also added some missing see also links for those issuers.
