Mint letter heading

This message aims at: suggesting an idea to improve Numista

When a coin has a mint letter or in some cases number this is not particularly clear as you can see in the example below the mint 'letter' is squashed next to the date, I think a heading mint letter or mint mark needs adding next to the date heading. Coin in question is below.

Combining the two fields with a space looks reasonable in the usual case "2018 P" or "2018 PM", it just doesn't look reasonable when the mint letter is a number.

But in this case the "200" is a privy and not a mint letter so the 200 should be in the mintage line comment fields and not the Mint Letter field.

I would even recommend to remove it completely from te year line. The "200" privy mark is already described in the comment of the type, which is enough.
As per the guidelines, the year line comment is for "details specific to individual lines".
