12mm 1.6g. Greek? AE Mystery - Snake? Urn? Rudder? Bush? Aplustre?

Thanks for taking a look at this small mystery coin. I assume someone will recognize it (or at least the country of origin).

It measures 12mm and weighs 1.6g. It looks to be Ancient Greek period, but I’ve never seen anything like it. I’m including two pictures of the obverse because I’m not even sure which way is up. The reverse appears to include at least one letter.
