I'm trying to determine which variety I have and I'm not sure if this is considered a reeded edge or engrailed
I love how they were struck over other half pennies to give them a doubled die look
I couldn't find any engrailed images to compare
I'd like your thoughts on grade as well

Engrailed.
Example - with my picture:

Below the Coin search box are four links:
Mints • Reference catalogues • Edges • Shapes
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/edges.php
but currently engrailed is not on there - hopefully someone can add it.

Thanks!
That's a handy link
I wonder why it never showed up on my many searches

So is the engrailed variety scarcer than the reeded?
Does anyone have any thoughts on grade?

With the coin in hand I could make a better estimate of the grade. Let's call it a VF (which the obverse certainly is).
This would retail here in Canada for $20 (Cdn).
The Reeded edge is listed as RARE in my Charlton catalogue. So, whatever price you and a buyer decide upon.
