Why does this banknote have a KM# and a P#? [solved]

Trying to ascertain why this banknote has both the KM# and P# allocation on its page listing. Never seen this before on any banknote.

I would still put P# as the first reference.
Yes, I agree, as it is it's most popular reference number. Is this system used on Numista commonly used, where the P# is not shown as first reference?

I have the impression the references are sorted alphabetically, but I'm not sure.
