have about 170 banknotes to identify ahead of a possible exchange, but a few are confusing me. This is the first two. Any idea of the country of issue.
Thanks in advance

I believe the top one is this:
10 Pounds - Sudan – Numista,
2011-2017
P# 73
Top one, Sudan 10 pounds (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note208103.html).
Bottom one, Iraq 5 dinars (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note204954.html).
That's eerie, as I was looking vat the bottom banknote as Sudan, so I was close, but actually miles away.
Many thanks. Others will follow as my list is sorted, but now have two more sorted, thanks to you both.

These three seem to come from the same country, but which one. Spent an hour going to each middle east country.

And all 3 have "Central Bank of Egypt" on the back.
I was only sent the photographs of the one side, as with others I have not sorted yet.
Out of the 175 banknotes, via photographs I received, I now only have around 15 to sort, so, not really too bad.
Your help has been much appreciated. Maybe add others tomorrow, if that's ok.

Hello,

The top one on the first image is a Malaysia 5 Ringgit from 2011
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note203263.html

The second one on top image is Qatar 1 Riyal from 2008
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note208335.html

It seems as you already found the first note on the second image, Jordan 1 Dinar
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note204450.html

The second note on the second image is Kenya 50 Shillings
I can't tell exactly which note it is as it only shows the back, but it's one of these two:
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note206971.html
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note201705.html

Hopefully this helps you out
Yes, that is extremely helpful. I would never have looked in Kenya.

Can I take this forum opportunity to thank everyone who has replied with the answers to my question.
I found a few myself this morning, and my list is now sorted, so will not be pestering you anymore.

Did notice that some of these banknotes had only 2-3 variants, whereas others had over 20, and one had 100 variants.

I now need only 33 of these, as I try my hardest to stay away from variants, unless it is just to balance swap

Many, many thanks to all

woaaw good work! :)
There was in fact, only 172 banknotes sent via 48 photographs, of which some were easy to sort out as the issuing country was clearly visible, and others, coming from countries that were easily recognized, soon were on my spreadsheet.
It was the middle eastern countries that I found the most difficult to solve, as most have very similar writing types on them, so could come from any of possibly 10-12 countries.
Help from a number of Numista collectors, soon resolved those, and as I admitted earlier, some were from a country I would never have looked in.
The spreadsheet now looks really good, as all spaces are filled.
