Unknown Silver Medal [solved]

Hello. Can anybody tell me where this silver medal is from or more about it? It has a .800 silver purity hallmark. Thanks in advance.

Hello, the hallmark indicates an Italian manufacture, but it is not supported enough to know from which province it is originating.


the maker's hallmark is composed of the star of the Italian Republic, then the maker's number and the initials of the province.

Interesting, thanks! Zooming in, I now see the Star of Italy you are referring to. I went down a rabbit hole and read more about the Stella d'Italia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stella_d%27Italia).
