I have received a message today from a potential swapper containing the following:
"ATTENTION:
THIS USER HAS BEEN DETECTED BY NUMISTA MODERATORS FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU STILL WANT TO SWAP WITH THIS USER."
What I can suppose is that I have written a lot of times to different users with a proposal to swap. Previously I haven't swapped and tried to do this a few times about a year ago. After several unsuccessful negotiations I gave up to swap.
This month I have actively started writing different users to make a swap (resulting in 2 successful ones). One of the potential swappers resent me this message. What should I do and whom should I write in order to prove that I shouldn't be treated as a person with suspicious activities? By the way, considering the fact that I have really a small amount of reviews I understand that I should send coins first (I have never doubted this and never asked other users contrary).
The warning has been added to your profile as one of your swap has been reported to be a self-swap/self-evaluation.
Such a warning can only be removed with time if you complete regular swaps with members (not yourself) and have good ratings.

Nobody wanted to swap with me. I haven't been shown in swap lists when I had no reviews.
From time to time I ask my friends to give me their coins (inter alia I collect euros). One of my friends was visiting me and I asked her to register on Numista and to make a swap with me through the web-site. I believed that this would help to make to gain a review and further opportunities to make swaps with others. That's why her review was done from the same IP.
At the same time I have made another swap with a user who has many good reviews and a high rating.
As I mentioned I don't ask to send me coins first. I understand that with this few amount of reviews I should send the coins first by myself. That's why I would like to ask you to delete this "suspicious" status from my account.
As I mentioned, such a warning can only be removed with time if you complete regular swaps with diverse members (not yourself) and have good ratings.

But this kills a possibility to swap. Nobody will want to swap with me in this case. What if you delete my first review rating?
Having a warning perhaps doesn't make it easier but it did not block many other members to keep swapping.
The same rules apply to all members and warning/ratings will be kept.

Hello again. I have done a few swaps with different members and got good reviews. Could you please check if the warning can already be deleted? Because many users deny to swap when they see this warning :-( Thanks

Hello,
you would need to still complete some more swaps (currently 5 rated); the usual number when considering swaps on Numista is 10-12 rated swaps.
Once you have 10-12 swaps rated 10/10, you can PM me and I'll check.
