Hello,

​​​​​​I tried to create a page, but had some problems with a connection to the Numista and receive a 404 error. After returning back I didn't mentioned, that a country name disappeared (all the other fields were ok)

But when I added an issuer by editing the request, it didn't go for approval to the country referee (who is also me:))

@Xavier: this is not a big bug, but when the coin was added with an empty "Issuer" field, and this field is filled later, such coin wouldn't go to approval to a country referee. Maybe it is reasonable to correct this:)

The bug has been fixed and the requests now appear in your list (the one above plus another one).
