Could Montserrat get the one of the following as a ruling authority?

House of Hannover
- George III (1760 - 1820)

OR

British Administration (?-?)

Montserrat is a British Overseas Territory, as is Anguilla.

East Caribbean States Dollars are legal tender in Montserrat.
