I didn't assign a 'collection' name when I input my WORLD coins into the database. Can this collection be assigned a collection name now that 2k+ are already input with no collection name?
Now I wish to distinguish my ANCIENTS and have them as a separate collection before I start inputting the info. This mainly concerns when the database is exported, I want them separate. I was about to do it (create a collection category) but I don't have enough information to do it safely. It looked like it might assign my existing world collection to ANCIENTS or maybe even wipe out my existing collection.
Any Suggestions? Thanks!
If I understand your question correctly you currently have no collections. All your coins are entered without being assigned to a collection. You now wish to have all your coins assigned to a collection called WORLD and then you want to add additional coins into a collection called ANCIENTS. If I got it right, you can do that easily.
First create a collection called WORLD. It will become the default collection and all coins currently entered will be automatically moved to the WORLD collection. Then you can create a new collection called ANCIENTS and add new coins into either collection.
Rest assured, messing around with collection names or deleting collections will never remove coins currently entered.
