Need help to contact German post. [solved]

My name is gnaneswar.
I'm from India.
I given a German address of my friend to swapper due to high custom duty.
But the addressee changed his address.
I registered an online complaint in this link
https://www.deutschepost.de/sendung/investigationInternational.html

My friend is unable to pick it up as he is so far from there.The journey will be almost 9 hours.
How to check the updates of complaint or is there any other way to contact them?

Your friend may call them and redirect the letter to his new adress.
There is a phone number at bottom of page you entered.
But your friend needs the ID#
If you do not have one, the letter will go back to sender after several days.
