I saw a British India I Pice hole coin 1943 with "L" mint mark, while this is not available in catalog KM.
was minted Lahore mint 1943 1Pice Hole coin?

I agree with you that there is no reference given in Numista of a 1943 1 Pice being minted in Lahore, only Pretoria and Bombay.
However, whilst looking to see if I could find evidence of a '43 Lahore minted 1 Pice coin I came across this image which looks very much like what you have? Unfortunately the top of the date is missing but to me the last digit looks as though it's a three.

You should have given the link to back-up what you said. I gave it out of politenes to avoid that everybody, who would like to help you, had to find that link!
Obviously the link does NOT have the L for 1943, just as you said! The SCWC doesn't show the L either, but that's normal, since numista a copy/ paste from KM!.
On internet I saw one from 1943 from Alibaba, so that's most probably a counterfeit

Not that I know of at this stage but the OP in the link that I referenced is very knowledge in British colonial coinage. I'm a member of that forum so I'll try sending him a PM to see if he can shed any light on the subject.
