Regarding Swap Rating

how are you all?
Last time i post about the rating problem and a person from Numista Team helped me a lot. I face the same problem again so if anyone who is dealing with that kind of problem from the Moderator team just let me know. ( I forgot the name of that person who helped me on that time, i search all massages but didn't find his name :-()
Mr. Xavier is busy that's why i didn't knock him. I will send the proof and as well as the person who rated me bad will also explain his situation. Now the person agree to change the rating.
