Rare Odin and Sigvrd Coin (Probably Tourist Token)

Hi guys iv been all over the web for some time and couldnt find anything about this coin.
Characteristics:
- 2 cm diameter
- Figure of Odin on a boat
- It may be made out of Nikkel

What is on the other side - it may help identification.

Reverse: Two armed figures on horseback
BUT - that is 28mm diameter.

As you can see the other side its completely smooth, so I guess its a copy?

Maybe just a smaller size, with it being made from maybe nickel.
Sometime items are made out of silver and so on, for serious collectors, then other versions
are made out of cheaper metals for those that can not afford the original version.
Sometimes the same size, sometimes different. I have a few cheaper versions of
coins or medals, where the originals are too expensive.
In that link I did see the reverse has a rim round it, whereas yours does not -
so maybe the reverse was like that design, then someone smoothed it out,
(so removing the design and the edge), for some reason.
