Currently searching for old polish coinage such from practically all coims prior to 1850 have their entire numista name entry done in polish.

Examples were i find that we could rename to be easier to find here the coin entry is mostly done in polish making these a pain to find in the catalouge without languistical knowhow of polish.

good examples include this these are concise and easy to find with minimal information added in polish such as denomination.

essentially it whould be appreciative of me atleast if we could limit the polish or any other language for that matter to the minimum needed to id the coin rather then having all the details in foreign native tongues.
my reasoning behind this is that most german coins which are celebratory arent written in germany imo same goes for the vast majority of coins here but some countries this is lackluster to nonexistant.

an example here whould be if all thai coins were written in thai good luck trying to add anything to your collections unless you speak thai... etc.

(also i couldnt find a good subject header so i choose the change coin entry one)
Fully support the implementation of the guidelines for titles in the Polish section. This has also been recently discussed here:

I fully support the replacement of numbers written in Polish with numerals but would be against the wholesale removal of the correct names of denominations. That said, the good examples you list look fine.

i agree to that extent but like numerals needs to be numerals id also like to say such details as mints or the likes should also be translated.
By coincidence, a list of the mints was just provided :) ...https://en.numista.com/forum/topic117473.html

There is, however, the issue of "translated into what?" as many of the Polish mints have names which are rather different in the different languages in which the coins are described, with none of them being English as far as I can tell (Gdańsk / Danzig and Wschowa / Fraustadt for example)

Edit: We should be using Leipzig and Dresden for the 18th century issues minted in those two places.

If such i rest the case about the mints in question.

Formally rejecting this, as we will rewamp the naming issue completely.
