Help identify/translate Chinese ration coupons [solved]

I was given a whole bunch of these, and found most already in the exonumia catalogue.
But I can't find theses 24, and I can't add them because I don't read the language.

Could anyone translate at least the titles so they can be added?

I tried using google to translate the photos but the results were not helpful.

For example, A, translated as:

Obv:
Bayannur League special food stamps for the work category
GC Food Bureau - Heavy
Grain Bureau of the Revolutionary Committee of the Ba league

Rev:
Flag county and city grain stations and unit canteens are effective.
The two food stamps are not circulated in the market.
