Видимо имя и адрес мастера. Бреслау сейчас называется Вроцлав.

Вторая надпись - видимо имя и адрес владельца скрипки. Буквы не могу разобрать

this is the only thing of one of his instruments I could find it seems he was making in maybe late late 1800's to early 1900's

In the 18th century Mittenwald an der Isar was home to over 90 violin makers from mass-ware to singular masterpieces.

Anno 17X3

The Anno 17X(8,9)3 on the sticker is the establishing year not a build or finishing one, this violin is definitely much younger.
