I have searched everywhere for this very distinctive notgeld with no luck. Could you take a look please and tell me if you recognize it and where it is from? Many thanks.

First picture has Stralsund on it.

Not sure where 1923 is, as 6 November 1922 is on first picture.
The second picture has the motto 'Sigillum Civitatis Stralessundis' on the emblem.
