I was looking at the two rolls of quarters and some of the coins have a then hem or stripe at the bottom of her dress and others do not. Someone suggested that they rubbed off but they are all new. If anyone else noticed anything please post but I do not have anything to take pictures to show yoy.
Maybe it might be an error might have to wait and see if the public designates a error for that coin with that but most likely it could be that they did not use enough pressure or the dies were overly greased to prevent detail
With the poor quality of the mint this past year and what they were releasing with the Morgan’s I’m sure it could easily be a error that wasn’t caught by them.
