You're calling the addition on the reverses a stamp. However, I would think of a stamp on a note as being like this example from the DDR, in other words, an adheshive piece of paper stuck to the note. To me, these North Korean issues are an overprint (like this French note) where an addition to an existing design has been made.

A while back they wanted to put all stamped banknotes to Exonumia, so on page was created for that, and members were moved. Then nothing happened and I forgot about it. I still get requests to add year lines for the ones that go moved to Exonumia. I'm still not convinced this was a good move and haven't continued the work, so now it's a little messy. I still don't know if the entries should be split or not.
For now, lines merged to be consistency and remove duplicates. Stamps in the exonumia section.
