Hello, I attempted to modify the page to add 2021 for both mints for N# 99557 but was told that "The list of years is complete and has been verified."

I corrected the coin's page according to last available data from Bank of Russia site, data for years 2016-2021 seems to be final. The data for 2022 is just preliminary and will be corrected in future.
