Can somebody explain the above shown tallies? Were they good for one beer or a bag of rice?

This auction refers to a Tong Li tea house
It's (about) the same script as your first tally

However Tong Li script is 同里 that we find on your last tally when you rotate it 180°

The third and the fourth get the same wording
