How would one go about adding a coin after the page is locked/ verified? I have looked on the lists to find any other link that would contain the coin in question and it is not in them. The coin i have in my possession is a 1998 specimen nickel.

Maybe I'm wrong, but what you have is a nice coin placed in a holder stapled and labeled by you. That's all, and it certainly isn't enough to proove a new year line is needed, sorry.

Will continue to find enough proof for this forum later. Including mintage. Hopefully having more than just a nice coin changes the minds of others.

To answer your question, the best way is to PM the referee and request it.
