Here is a proposed list of ruling authorities for the Duchy of Lorraine.

1. Wikipedia for House of Ardenne-Bar and House of Ardenne-Verdun (and Adalbert)
2. de Saulcy, Recherches sur les Monnaies des Ducs Hereditaires de Lorraine (Table of Contents) for House of Ardenne-Metz, House of Anjou and House of Lorraine.
I have used the convention of de Saulcy of including regencies as a separate ruling authority (John I and CHarles III), while also including the regency dates in the date reign of the duke.
I have also listed the French Occupation of 1634-1661 as done by deSaulcy, but the only coins he attributes to this period are the "doubles Lorraines" which are already listed in Numista under Royal France.
