What star exactly? I don't see any mention of a star on the page?
They say "Pecunia non olet", but I know better...

Not a star. A diamond. The 0 in the date.

Oh I see, it's not a star but the Arab zero!!!
So it's like this, I reckon?

Thanks for your help, gentlemen.
Just a question, if it was that clear to you, then I don't need to change the documentation with my graphic?

It wasn't that clear to me and it wasn't at all clear to you, so I'd say it could be improved.

Hi, I don't think it should be explained like that...
It could be better to write:
"Bottom of 4 points to the left side of 0" (and add a colored line from bottom of the 4 to the left side of 0),
and:
"Bottom of 4 points to the lower side of 0" (and add a colored line from bottom of the 4 to the lower side of 0).
The line must begin from the BOTTOM of 4, not the middle...
I hope this was clear enough...

I have to agree with
assimov37 and stick (more or less) to the initial description:
Wide rim version: bottom of ٤ points under ٠; bold lettering.
Narrow rim version: bottom of ٤ points to center of ٠; fine lettering.
But to be honest, for me, the most eye-catching feature is the distance between the middle of the ٤and the ٠(the green arrows are identical).

I have cancelled the former CR! I have changed the graphics to this using Essor Prof's and asimov's input.
If you approve I'll submit the CR?
Thanks for all the help to everybody.
