Hello all! I've got this piece of exonumia and can't really find any information about it. It's 40mm diameter, 18g weight. I don't think it's on numista. Found just one blogpost :https://dniewcollectors.blogspot.com/2011/06/malaysia-medalpenang-straits.html
Does anyone have information like mintage or origin etc?

It's not directly related to Penang, there are other same type medals
You might look to the factory "ECFP", engraver "R.C." or "R.G."
