I can verify that Yuri111 is legit.

I have bought from several ebayers and he is the only one who I have bought more than 5 times from who has never messed up an order. 

By that I mean: the notes were correct, were securely packaged, in great condition and nothing missing. I have bought more than 60 notes from him already and there are 20 more on the way.

He is slightly on the expensive side though.

 

We should do a thread about known good ebayers, I have some candidates!
