The Bank of Ireland £3 note is one of the rarest issues of the denomination, with just three notes recorded (one, dated 1846, in the bank archives).
Regarding the numista listing, I propose that only 2 years be listed, those for which notes have been observed, and we can infer from the observed notes that some years are impossible for the note.
The Bank of Ireland 3 Pound note has only been seen for 1912 (prefix R24) and 1914 (prefix R25). Therefore, as each prefix corresponds to a date of issue, a date in 1913 is not possible. Both of these £3 notes are pictured here:

I propose that 1910, 1911, 1913, and 1917 be removed from the listing.
