I have recently come across a 2019 issue of this coin. Here are some photos of the 2017 and 2019 issues:
There seems to be several differences with the reverse of the coin. For the 2017 issue, the turtle's snout is pointed at the A in "PASLAMA", whereas the turtle in the 2019 version is pointed at the RT in "TORTUGA". The shells of the two turtles also have a different design.
My question is, does this warrant a new coin page or merely a new yearline with the differences noted in the comments?
Thank you all for your time,

With the turtle in a significantly different orientation and the logo moving to the other side of the turtle it seems obvious to me that it is a new design and should have a separate listing.
